Walk For Animals Fundraising Tools

PLEDGE FORMS are great to use as leave-behinds if you're going door to door, or to send through the mail. These forms tell your sponsors why the Walk For Animals is such a great fundraiser to support.

RECEIPTS are handy for those donating with cash and would like an official receipt. These forms also give instructions for sponsoring you with a credit card through the MHS web site.
TEAMS really make a difference to the Walk For Animals, and are made up of 5 or more like-minded animal lovers with a recommended minimum fundraising amount of $100 per member. Be sure to download a copy of our Walk Booklet that has a lot of information for teams in it. We also have these OTHER TOOLS available for teams:
- If you're a team captain, Tally Sheets come in handy for keeping track of your team members' fundraising efforts. Available for Corporate or Community Teams.
- If your company has a Matching Gifts Program, this little Matching Gift Add-on will serve as a great reminder, and is designed to be attached to the Corporate Pledge form.
- Get your company to donate a gift certificate or some other raffle prize for your Corporate Fundrasing campaign! This little Raffle Add-on will encourage your sponsors to respond quickly.
IMPORTANT: THE PRIZES FOR YOUR RAFFLE NEED TO BE PROCURED BY YOU (OR YOUR COMPANY/BENEFACTOR) AND ARE NOT RAFFLE TICKETS FOR RAFFLE PRIZES DRAWN ON THE DAY OF THE WALK.

- Hi ________, I am walking/running in the Monadnock Humane Society's 21st Annual Walk For Animals and
this coming May 18th. This event raising money for the shelter animals to help purchase food, beds and needed supplies. I was wondering if you might be interested in sponsoring me in this walk?
- Hi_________, my dog _________ and I are walking on Sunday May 18th to raise money and awareness about the Monadnock Humane Society. I could really use your help in reaching my goal of $100.00. If you want to join me I could send you a pledge form.
- Hi ___________, How is your little dog ______? Hey did you hear about the 21st Walk/Run for the Monadnock Humane Society? It is an awesome event with activities, demos, raffles, and refreshments. I am raising money and could really use your help. Would you be interested in making a donation to help the Humane Society reach its goal of $28,000 dollars this year. You can make the check payable right to the Monadnock Humane Society. I can stop by and pick it up. Hey if you are free on Sunday the 18th of May why don’t you join me and bring your dog with you.
- Hi__________, I know we haven’t talked in a while but I know you just adopted a kitten. I am walking for the Monadnock Humane Society on May 18th and am looking to raise $100.00. How would you like to help me out and make a donation to a wonderful organization. I knew I could count on you!
