Dear MHS, Sorry it's taken me so long to update you all on Bernie. (I changed his name to Jake.) He has settled into farm life quite well. He helps out with the early mornimg tasks and then prefers to go in and take a nap, finish his breakfast and warm up from 8 am to 9 am. Then he's back out to romp and play. He's learned to sit and come when he is called, and he thinks that stairs are pretty cool although he can't quite figure out how come the cat and I can get up the ladder into one of the hay lofts and he can't. He's such a loveable fellow. Thank you for letting me take him home! We are looking forward to coming back and visiting when we have our obedience classes. Hilary Mroz-Blythe and Jake
