HAPPY TAILS!

Shammy

Thank you for the helpfulness of your entire staff in our recent adoption of 'Caleb' - now named Mr. Shamrock, or Shammy for short.  He is a lively and inquisitive member of our house.  He wants to help with everything.  He enjoys watching TV, the computer -- just about everything!  He curls up most everywhere for a cat nap, especially in large paper rolls in my art studio.  We are very happy sharing our home with him.  Again, thank you.  -- Pat & Richard

Champ

Thought you might like to see how nicely Champ is fitting in at home.  Thanks to all of you who helped in the adoption process - it was good to get first hand knowledge and see how professional and dedicated you all are to MHS.  Thanks!  -- Carol & Bruce

Abby

Abby is doing well.  She is so playful and a loving, cuddly cat.  She is getting along well with the cat we already have.  They bathe one another, cuddle, and sleep together.  -- Darlene, Ryan & Family

Shadow & Lucy

Wanted to give you folks an update on our two adopted girls:  Shadow (aka Flipper) adopted in early September and Lucy (aka Starz) adopted early December.  Both girls love walks through the state park.  They are very cozy with each other and love to play together with their tug toys, bones and each other.  Both are extremely loveable, huggable, and have found that curling up with us on the sofa is a big treat!  The dog training classes we attended with Shadow were very helpful and we learned so many tricks/training.  They have both filled our hearts with so much joy and companionship; we love being with them.  Thank you very, very much Sarah and to all at MHS for helping us through the process of adoption and training.  You folks are awesome.  Your facility is top notch and the animals are all so well taken care of by all of you.  From the moment you enter the parking area, you can feel all the love, warmth, care and concern for the animals.   -- Chuck & June

Tilly

Tilly is doing fine.  She really loves it here and looks out for our Samantha.  Samantha is almost 16 years old and is frail, totally blind in one eye and maybe has 40% eyesight left in the other, and has lost almost all her hearing.  Tilly senses this and sticks close to her.  She really is an energetic little one and very lovable - we love her very much.  From the first few minutes she arrived in our home, she must have felt right at home.  She jumped onto the couch immediately and that was that!  We are very happy to have her with us.  -- Donna & Rick
