Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator:Newly expanded role at MHS!  The Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator is a pivotal role in helping MHS fulfill mission as volunteers will be key to our ongoing success and we are gearing up for more outreach programs throughout the Monadnock region.    In partnership with departmental managers, the coordinator will manage all aspects of Monadnock Humane Society’s Volunteer Program, including assessing needs, recruiting, training and evaluating volunteers.    Our Volunteer Program is comprehensive and includes volunteers in the shelter, training center, boarding & daycare, committees, events and outreach programs.  Additionally the coordinator will develop, implement, and teach outreach programs with a strong emphasis on public education and awareness of animal protection, responsible pet ownership, and responsible animal care and kindness towards other creatures.

 This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position.
